Paid Cross Functional Change Management Internship
Cross Functional Change Management is a part of the Operations Management Group in Constellation Commodities Group & Power Operations. The intern in Cross Functional Change Management would be responsible for:
• Creating and distribution of daily/weekly reports generated out of Siebel and CER Data Warehouse
• Working to improve overall report functionality
• Supporting Retail Operations by developing long term workflow process documentation and reporting
• Assist with Retail Operational Training documentation
• Life cycle of a retail contract
• Additionally the intern would interact with Customer Care, Billing and Credit
The ideal candidate would be a junior majoring in Economics or Financial Economics with a concentration on project management. Experience with Excel mandatory; experience with SQL preferred.
