JOB SUMMARY:
Legg Mason's corporate headquarters in Downtown Baltimore is offering part-time, paid, fall 2010 internships to students entering their junior or senior year of college who have an overall GPA of 3.0 or greater. Departments hiring an intern may include the following: Finance, Accounting, Risk, Internal Audit, Marketing, and Technology.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Financial Economics, Accounting or related area. GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently
- Prior internship or other relevant experience desired
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent oral and written communication skills
Interns must be able to commute to our Downtown Baltimore office several times throughout the week; parking is not provided by the company. A minimum of 12 hours per week is expected.
