Shriver Center Walk-In Days for Resume Reviews- 9/8 & 9/9

Looking for an internship, co-op, research, or service opportunity this fall?
Do you want to fatten up that resume a little bit?
Do you want to potentially get paid AND possibly earn credit for it?

The UMBC Shriver Center can help you answer all of those questions. The Shriver Center has MANY PAID and UNPAID opportunities available for ALL majors this upcoming FALL and we need students to fill them.

Internships are important to obtain admission to graduate school and to find a position after graduation. You gain experience and are almost certainly eligible to earn upper level credit by interning 8 to 10 hours per week.

Once you meet with a coordinator, The Shriver Center will send your resume to organizations that interest you. In other words, we'll do the mailing and employer outreach on your behalf.

To get started stop by the Shriver Center ANY TIME between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 8 or Thursday, September 9 for the Fall 2010 Kick Off.

Simply upload your resume to UMBCworks and we'll review your resume and get you set up on UMBCworks to look for intern, co-op, and/or research positions THAT DAY! It's that simple!
