Internship Opportunities at Constellation Energy- Deadline Approaching

Interviews will be taking place at UMBC within the Shriver Center. The internship opportunities are open to sophomores/juniors/seniors with a 3.20 GPA or above majoring in IS, BTA, Computer Eng, Computer Science, Accounting, Financial Economics, and Economics. US citizenship or permanent resident required.

POSITION ONE
Intern – Corporate Audit (Non-IT), 2010-11

JOB SUMMARY:
- Program management support
- Interaction with Business Unit and Corporate personnel to support program goals for continuous audits of higher risk areas, which includes testing of key controls for compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Participate in other risk-based audits as assigned
- Other ad hoc activities, as needed

POSITION TWO
Intern – Corporate Audit (IT), 2010-11
JOB SUMMARY:
• Support the IT Audit Staff in the performance of testing of key controls over systems infrastructure and financial applications
• Assist the IT Audit Staff in the performance of implementation audits over new financially or operationally significant systems
• Assist the IT Audit Staff in the development and implementation of continuous auditing tools and techniques to support systems infrastructure audits
• Assist the IT Audit Staff in risk-based audits
