Summer Research Interns Needed in the Field of Kidney Disease

The Johns Hopkins Polycystic Kidney Disease Research and Clinical Core Center has been awarded funds to support summer students. Our goal is to encourage trainees to pursue research in the field of kidney disease, which is a major public health issue. Our group focuses on understanding the pathogenesis of polycystic kidney disease (an inherited disorder) and its complications. We also have several clinical projects on going, that could involve organizing focus groups, data analysis. The opportunities are diverse and can be tailored to the interest of the motivated applicant.
$5,000 summer stipend, 40 hours per week
