Maryland Food Bank Needs Volunteers!

The Maryland Food Bank is in immediate need of volunteers to work in their 87,000 square foot warehouse located in Southwest Baltimore County!

The Maryland Food Bank is in need of multiple volunteers per shift to assist with a variety of projects including the packing and sorting of food which will be distributed to over 600 agencies and feeding programs throughout the state of Maryland.

Last year, the organization distributed more than 18.6 million pounds of food to hungry Marylanders across the state. During that time, volunteers dedicated over 20,000 hours of their time to the organization. The primary need for volunteers at this time is Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 12:00 PM & 1:00 – 4:00 PM.

If interested, please contact Mandy Deboy at The Maryland Food Bank as soon as possible to schedule a volunteer session for either yourself or a large group! (410) 737-8282 ext. 232 or deboy@mdfoodbank.org
