SAIC has multiple PAID internships this summer

Join your Shriver Center internship coordinators on Friday, February 11, 8:30am to 1pm, as they take you out to visit SAIC. Take a tour of the facility in Columbia and interview for internship opportunities within the Intelligence and Information Solutions Business Unit including Network Cyber Engineer Intern, Computer Engineer Intern, and Electrical Engineer Intern.

SAIC (http://www.saic.com) wants to hire as many summer interns as they can from UMBC. Last year 18 UMBC students were offered summer internship making between $18 to $20 per hour! This year, SAIC wants to DOUBLE that number.

SAIC is a FORTUNE 500® scientific, engineering, and technology applications company that uses its deep domain knowledge to solve problems of vital importance to the nation and the world, in national security, energy and the environment, critical infrastructure, and health.

Student qualifications for the SAIC visit include:
- A 3.0 GPA or above, and US Citizenship status.
- Rising Senior or Junior; students that are going into their Senior or Junior year of college preferred, will also consider graduate students.
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA in a hard science ie. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Operations Research.
