Travel writer and editor Tom Swick reads from his work 4/6

Tom Swick, award-winning essayist and long-time editor of the travel section at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, will read from his work, and take questions about travel writing and journalism, on Wednesday 2/6 at 4 PM in the library gallery. A book-signing and reception with light refreshments will follow.

Swick is the author of two books, and his work has appeared in many publications, from the New York Times and the Columbia Journalism Review to National Geographic Traveler and the annual anthology, The Best American Travel Writing.
