Be a Leadership Consultant!

What's the LC Program?

* The Leadership Consultants Program is a year-long leadership development program (through the Office of Student Life) that trains UMBC students about leadership and to be leadership educators and facilitators.

What do the LCs do?

* We facilitate interactive, team-oriented workshops for other groups. Our workshops may be requested by organizations, classes, and offices who want us to help them to help themselves. Sometimes the goal is just to help the group to get to know one another better. Other times, groups are experiencing problems and wants us to help them figure out ways they can overcome those difficulties. Our role is not to solve problems, but to help groups solve their own problems and to help develop teamwork through interactive activities.
