The UMBC community has joined together to offer extended support as well as memorial services in the wake of the attacks on New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania.

Wednesday, Sept. 12 | 1 p.m. | Speak-out | UC Plaza |
Thursday, Sept. 13 | 8 p.m. | Candlelight Vigil | UC Plaza |
Friday, Sept. 14 | 1 p.m. | Memorial Service | UC Ballroom |
Saturday, Sept. 15 | 9 a.m. | Multicultural Affairs Conference | UC Ballroom Lounge |
Beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 3 p.m. through Friday, Sept. 14at 8 p.m., the UC Ballroom Lounge will be used as a Memorial/ReflectionSpace for all members of the UMBC community. UniversityCounseling Services will have at least one counselor will beavailable at the Center throughout the day to see all who come in or callfor assistance. Staff will be available to assist throughout theuniversity community, and provide support and assistance as needed.Walk-in visits, as always, are encouraged at this time. Faculty andstaff, in addition to students, are encouraged to visit UCS during this period asneeded.
