UMBC faculty, staff and students are invited to join UMBC alumni for a full week of Homecoming events from October 21 through 27. "We hope the entire campus community will participate," says Samantha Davis, director of alumni relations. "Our students and alumni have worked together to build a tradition at UMBC. The students have planned exciting events during the week including a parade, spirit rally, 5K run, talent show and Retriever Ball. On Saturday, there will be departmental alumni receptions, athletic alumni events, activities for children, live entertainment, a wine tasting, a book discussion with Chris Corbett from the English department, SEB/SGA Comedy Night with Dave Chappelle and much more. This is a great opportunity to meet and interact with our alumni and their families, and have fun at the same time, so be sure to join us!"
