UMBC Recreation is pleased to announce new hours of operation for students, faculty and staff members this spring at the RAC!
RAC Building Hours
REC Weight Room Hours
Monday-Thursday- 7:00am-10:00am and 12:00pm-10:00pm
In addition to the new hours for Recreation and the REC Weight Room, the Group Fitness Schedule has also added more classes at a variety of times. Classes include: Boot Camp on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7:15am-8:00am; Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:15am-8:15am; Insanity on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 12:00pm-1:00pm and Zumba from 6:00pm-7:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings!
