We provide great value at a public education price. You may be eligible right away for in-state tuition rates.
UMBC offers in-state tuition rates to eligible military, civilian, and federal employees and their families who have moved to Maryland because of BRAC. This tuition benefit starts as soon as you have moved to Maryland.
