Students are notified via their UMBC email when refunds are available

Bills must be paid in full by the due date. Late payment fees are assessed

Please note that if financial aid is expected but the aid will not cover
the total bill, the out-of-pocket portion must be paid by the due date

to contact the Financial Aid Office,
prior to the due date, to determine their of out-of-pocket expense.
- Questions about the Monthly Payment Plan (MPP).
The Student Billing Office can give you information on the MPP and direct
you to the enrollment website.
- Questions about Perkins Loans.
The Student Billing Office can tell you what is required to have unapplied
Perkins payments apply to your account.
- Questions about procedures for employers/agencies that will be paying
your tuition and/or fees.
For us, this is known as Third Party Billing.
