E-Billing FAQ

Paying On-Line Just Got Easier!

Why Stand "In-line" when you can pay On-line?

You will notice that our One Time Payment site and the E-Billing site have a fresh new look. The changes are not just cosmetic. Thanks to your suggestions, and out of concern for your security, we no longer require your Social Security Number as an identifier on these sites. You will be asked for your new Campus Card ID instead.

Also new, in addition to accepting MasterCard and Discover, we now accept American Express and ACH Checking/Savings payments on-line!

YOU WILL NEED

* Your new Campus Card ID.

* Your credit card or banking information (a blank check).

TWO WAYS TO PAY
ONE TIME PAYMENT
One time payment allows entry into the payment gateway without the use of special passwords, log-ons or pin numbers. Anyone can make a one-time payment as long as they know your UMBC Campus Card ID.
E-BILLING
E-Billing requires a log-on. Sign-up! It's easy! You will choose a username and password and invite other payers to your site. Family members can create their own log-in once you have signed up. E-Billing is convenient and paperless! Read more about e-billing here.
Please Note: On-line payments may take up to two businees days to post to student accounts. Requests for University services such as (but not limited to) registration clearances and release of official transcripts, will not be honored until payments post to student accounts.
