October 8, 2006	On-time Registration Deadline (by 11:59:59 PM EST)
October 15, 2006	Last day to change sexes of registered delegates
October 15, 2006	Late Registration Deadline (by 11:59:59 PM EST ) - subject to $10 additional fee
October 20, 2006	Registration Confirmation Emails Sent
