Complimentary parking will be provided at the BWI Airport Marriott and at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County campus. Directions and parking information will be provided at conference check-in.

Ten minutes away from UMBC, Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) offers more than 300 domestic non-stop flights daily (including non-stop flights from Columbus, Detroit, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, Newark, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh). We will have volunteers stationed at BWI Airport on Friday, November 10 to answer questions and assist you in transportation to the hotel.

Amtrak:

The BWI Airport Rail Station is located on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor and serviced by the following routes: Regional, Acela Express, Metroliner, Carolinian, The Federal, Vermonter. Upon request, we can have volunteers meet you and transport you to the hotel.

ADA Needs:

Upon request, wheelchair accessible vans will be available to insure that persons with disabilities will have the ability to transport individuals between conference locations. Please communicate any special needs to the conference staff during the registration process.
