Kate Millett, Sculptor: The First 38 Years is the first major retrospective of the art production of internationally known writer and feminist Kate Millett. During much of her career as a visual artist, Millett's work has centered on themes of oppression and domination. Since 1966, she has specifically created sculpture and large-scale installations which focus on the cultural patterning of gender, abuse, and institutionalization.
