After teaching Video Art at the Massachusetts College of Art from 1984-1988, Vin Grabill joined the faculty of the UMBC Department of Visual Arts in 1988 where he continues to teach Video Art. He served as Graduate Program Director of the Imaging and Digital Art MFA program from 2001-2007, and currently serves as Interim Chairperson of the Department of Visual Arts. He has been creating and exhibiting works in video art formats since 1979, single channel videos and installations utilizing video have been exhibited nationally and internationally.
