Art Speak is designed to allow visitors a more in-depth experience with the CADVC’s rich history of exhibitions, public programs, and community outreach projects. Videos featuring noted writers and activists, contemporary artists, and individuals from a variety of communities throughout Baltimore are currently being presented. Look for individuals and groups from new CADVC initiatives and partnerships.
