Lisa Price has over 20 years' Information Technology experience gained in corporate, government, and not-for-profit arenas. At the Board, Lisa has served as Director of Technology Applications, and has since created and staffed the Board's first Project Management Office, serving as its Director.
Her experience also includes business process re-engineering, website development, and other enterprise initiatives. Some past employers include the Federal Aviation Administration, Northrop Grumman (formerly Westinghouse Electric Corporation), MICROS Systems, Inc., and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. Prior positions have included: Project Director, Director of Database Administration, and Information Technology Strategist.
Since earning her B.S. in Information Systems from UMBC, Lisa earned an M.S. in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University (4.0 GPA), an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3.0 certifications. In 2003, she was selected from a nationwide pool as a Diversity Executive Leadership Scholar (DELP) by the American Society of Association Executives.
