Stephanie C. Hill is the Vice President, Programs and Site Operations at Lockheed Martin. Prior to her current role, Stephanie C. Hill was the Director of Launching & Ship Systems Programs and Baltimore Site Manager.

Ms. Hill began her career in 1987 with Lockheed Martin as a software engineer. Over the years she has assumed positions of increasing responsibility including Systems Engineering Manager and Director of Quality and Mission Success and the Director of Technical Operations. She is responsible for all strategic and execution activities for the Launching and Ship Systems Programs totaling more than $200M annually.

Ms. Hill received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She was named one of the Top 100 Women of Maryland in May 2006, Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) Alumni in 2006; Lockheed Martinís Engineer of the Year in 1999 and was named Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) Most Promising Engineer in 1993.
