GSA provides travel grants for graduate students to aid in their pursuit of academic achievement. Students can use travel grants to present their research or attend conferences, seminars, symposiums, congresses, workshops, sessions, meetings, round table discussions, and other types of academic forums. This $500 grant was used to attend the ACS National Meeting and Exposition in Anaheim, CA, in the spring of 2011.
