Ph.D. As soon as all the requirements for Ph.D. candidacy are complete but no later than two (2) full sequential semesters (Spring, Summer or Fall) before the scheduled date of Dissertation Defense Application for Admission to Candidacy for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy and Graduate School Record
Ph.D. Six (6) months before the date of Dissertation Defense Nomination of Members for the Final Doctoral Examination Committee
Ph.D. Two (2) weeks prior to the final Dissertation Defense Certification of Completion of Doctoral Dissertation
Ph.D. Two (2) weeks prior to the final Dissertation Defense Announcement of Ph.D. Dissertation Defense
Ph.D. Within twenty four (24) hours of final Dissertation Defense
