This workshop will be a broad introduction to the features of NMRViewJ and will be taught by Bruce Johnson, the author of the program. Because of the many new features in NMRViewJ, it should be useful to both new and experienced users. The workshop will be taught with our new
No Spectroscopist Left Behind technology.

- Backbone and sidechain assignments

- Following ligand binding and measuring Kd
- NOEs
- Assigning, generating and analyzing constraints
- Basic Scripting
- Using Jacl and Swank to make your workflow more efficient
The workshop will be held on the campus of UMBC. Located just outside of Baltimore, MD the university has convenient access by air, train and car. Accommodations in apartments at UMBC and all meals will be provided and are included in the $500.00 registration fee. Participants not requiring housing can register for $400.00. The workshop sessions will commence on Monday, June 20th, but accommodations will be available starting Sunday night.
The workshop will be limited to 25 participants. Participants will be registered in the order in which emails indicating the intent to participate are received by Dr. Johnson, at johnsonb@umbc.edu. A formal registration form with payment must be received within 2 weeks after the email, or registration priority order will be lost.
