REGISTRATION FEE: Friday's workshop is open to all and is FREE! Space is limited. Please register to attend.

1. Conference (includes conference materials, coffee breaks & lunch): $30 per person (payable to UMBC)
2. Saturday dinner: $30 per person (payable to UMBC)

To pay $30 for the registration fee and $30 for the conference dinner, please mail a personal check to

SPECIAL NOTE:

UMBC does have a procedure for accepting credit card payments from outsiders to register for our P/S Day conference.

UMBC has a Credit Card Authorization Form each payee would have to fill out, sign, and mail back to us or fax to Dr. Sinha: 410-455-1066. This would include all the credit card information for the charge.
