Paper: Several Trial Designs for Predicative Medicines

In 2012, FDA issued the Guidance for Industry: Enrichment Strategies for Clinical Trials to Support Approval of Human Drugs and Biological Products. Among the approaches, Predictive enrichment strategies are fundamental tools of precision medicine. In this talk, we will present several trial designs including the enrichment strategy for development of the predicative medicines.
