Software Workshops - Fall 2006

Overview

CIRC offers hands-on workshops on several popular mathematical and statistical software packages such as MATLAB, FEMLAB / COMSOL Multiphysics, SAS, S-Plus, SPSS, and ACCESS. The workshops are conducted under the direction of CIRC personnel, Though the seating is limited, no sign-up is required; we will accomodate as many people as possible. Tutorial hand-outs will be provided.

Additionally, CIRC offers a walk-in clinic on the same software packages. Participants will be able to explore the software more at their own pace with CIRC staff present or can discuss particular problems concerning the software with CIRC staff. No sign-up is required; CIRC staff will accomodate as many questions from as many participants as possible.

For more in-depth consulting on a particular research project, researchers are encouraged to fill out the appropriate CIRC Request form on the CIRC webpage.
