has become your motto, increase your productivity and decrease
your stress by understanding why you procrastinate and learning
how to change that pattern.
Stress Management Workshop (Wednesday,
Sept. 30, 2009 from 12-12:45 pm): Feeling stressed
out? High stress levels are often experienced in an achievement-oriented
academic environment and can take a toll physically and emotionally.
This workshop is designed to help you learn strategies for
reducing sources and symptoms of stress and for coping with
the stressors that cannot be eliminated.
Test Anxiety Workshop (Wednesday,
Oct. 7, 2009 from 12-12:45 pm): Does everything
you've studied go out of your head as the professor is passing
out the exam? In this workshop learn strategies to deal with
the anxiety related to studying and test taking. Understand
and change the behaviors and thoughts that interfere with
successful performance.
