Are you in Crisis?

The University Counseling Services is available during regular hours to help students with an emergency or crisis. When the University Counseling Services is closed, you still have access to emotional help if you need it.

Campus Police

If someone's safety is at risk, or if someone might need emergency medical care, please contact the Campus Police immediately.

  • From on-campus: 5-5555
  • From off-campus: 410-455-5555
  • Or dial 911 immediately
  • Or proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

The Campus Police are able to reach University Counseling Services staff as needed in an emergency, for consultation or other forms of help.
