CWIT Scholar Reception 2005

The Center for Women and Information Technology hosted its 4th annual CWIT Scholar Reception on Tuesday, September 20, 2005. More than 100 guests were in attendance to welcome the incoming class and celebrate the success of returning Scholars. In addition, the Center received a generous contribution from AT&T in support of CWIT's efforts to increase women's participation and leadership in IT and related fields. Jennifer Jones and Leeanna Bradley from AT&T attended to award the check and celebrate with the scholars and their families this important program.

CWIT currently provides scholarships and program support for 31 undergraduate students in the fields of computer engineering, computer science, and information systems. For more information about the CWIT Scholars Program, please see our CWIT Scholar web page.
