• Serves as liaison to UMBC resources, including the Registrar, Bursar, and Graduate School

Dr. Richard Forno—Graduate Program Director

• Makes admissions decisions
• Authorizes the transfer of credits from other institutions (see FAQ for more details on transferring credit)
• Answers questions about the academic content of the cybersecurity programs
• Serves as academic advisor for admitted and enrolled cybersecurity students
