Introduction

The DDMT (Distributed Data Mining Toolkit) is designed to allow easy development and execution of event-driven distributed algorithms on a single PC or small network of PCs. The code interface allows straightforward implementation of algorithms while being as flexible as possible, and the DDMT GUI allows quick execution and testing on a wide range of simulated networks. It is written completely in Java and built on top of the Leap distributed software package, which itself is an implementation of Jade, the Java Agent DEvelopment framework.
