Committee: A management committee overseeing implementation of the
new systems. | View Members | Module Advisory Committees:
Human Resources and Finance workgroups focused on functionality of
the new systems. Change Management Team: Cross-campus
team focused on facilitating the process as the campus changes from
old to new systems. Change Partners: Group
of staff and faculty advising on communications, training and support
plans as new systems are implemented. Peer Mentors: A
group of end-users trained to do initial testing of the software and
to serve as a resource to other users. Training and Support
Coordinators: Divisional
training and support coordinators will work within divisions to provide
backup and support, if necessary, when people are out for training,
keep the division head apprised of progress in training people, and
provide feedback on training back to the Delta Steering Committee. |
