Dr. Williams has over 25 years experience as a faculty member, instructional designer, eLearning developer, project manager, and consultant in education, business and the federal government. He has designed, and taught online and in-person courses at Univ. of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Towson Univ., Univ. of Phoenix, U.S. Army, and K-12.

He serves as the Director of UMBC’s graduate program in Instructional Systems Development, and teaches in the program, as Clinical Associate Professor. He holds affiliate faculty appointments at the University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy. Dr. Williams completed his B.A., M.S. and C.A.S. in at The State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
