Short Biographical Sketch
Dr. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Jilin University of Technology, Jilin, China, in 1993, and his PH.D. in Mechanical Engineering at University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2003. He worked as a mechanical engineer at Beinei Group Corp between 1993 and 1996, and a patent examiner at the State Intellectual Property Office in Beijing , China from 1996 to 1999. Currently he is a mechanical engineer in IQuum Inc. in Boston , MA . |
