Dr. Gouker has over 33 years of management experience in industry and academia.  His industry experience includes: Chief Strategy Officer at LongView International Technology Solutions, leading business development and strategic growth for this Federal Government contractor; Director of Operations at Certisusa, a $40 M company where he managed day-to-day operations at several biotech facilities; Engineering Research and Development Manager at W.R. Grace & Co., where he served as engineering lead to comercialize power plant polution control products; and Project Leader at EXXON, where he provided technical leadership on the development of several synthetic fuels processes. 

Dr. Gouker's academic experience includes: Provost at Lyman Spalding Institute, where led the effort to build a global continuing education program for scientists and engineers to ensure pharmaceutical workforce capacity; Vice President of University Affairs at Americal Graduate University, where he functioned as the lead academic and operating officer; Executive Director at Laureate Education, Inc. where he led National Technological University through its merger with Walden University.

Dr. Gouker is an Adjunct Faculty member at Americal Graduate University and DeVry University.
