As
the Web matures, so do users' expectations about what a web
site should do. Rather than focus on web graphic design, this
workshop will look at the creation and organization of web content
that meets the information needs of end users and serves the
communication purposes of the site's sponsors or creators. We'll
analyze the information architecture, navigation, audience awareness
and usability of good and bad web sites, and outline fundamentals
of a good content plan for any site.
