Your initial financial aid award package for the 2012 - 2013 academic year is now available for viewing directly via the web. You will not receive a paper award letter. Our online Cost Calculator is an interactive tool designed to help you determine your out-of-pocket expenses. If your financial aid package does not cover your expenses, you may wish to consider a Plus or Alternative Loan. To view your financial aid award package online:

Log into your myUMBC account.
Click on the "Billing and Personal Finances" topic.
Financial Aid and Scholarships click on "Financial Aid Inquiry" and select the 2013 Award Year.

Remember to view your Alerts and myUMBC email regularly. Be sure to respond promptly to avoid delays.

For a thorough understanding of the step-by-step financial aid process as determined by your student classification, click on your status under "information for" from our homepage. In addition, click on "The Process" at the top of the homepage and select "Notification" to review our award packaging procedures as well as conditions that may affect your financial aid package.
