Maryland Higher Education Commission

The Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) at the Maryland Higher Education Commission has an extensive array of financial aid programs in the form of grants, scholarships and other awards for Maryland residents. OSFA offers an array of merit, talent and need based financial aid. Students who wish to be considered for need based aid must submit the FAFSA by March 1 each year.
