Active Projects

Facilities Management oversees completion of a wide range of campus improvements. Here is a short list of some of the active projects.

  • Renovations of the Hillside and Terrace Apartment communities
Students have begun occupying the first phase of the apartment community renovations and are celebrating the improvements. The second phase of the renovations is underway. The final phase will begin in January of 2013 and will complete the Terrace Apartments community, providing new outdoor gathering spaces.

  • On-going renovations of classrooms on campus
The last year and a half has brought us renovated classrooms in the Math/Psychology Building and the Fine Arts Building, with improved technology, finishes, lighting and furniture. Some of the classrooms are being equipped with new moveable furniture allowing for flexible seating layouts and greater student collaboration.
