WORK CONTROL Work Control is the key to Facilities Management's service request division. Our goal is to provide fast and courteous service to the campus community through radio dispatch and an automated work management system. All critical calls must be placed through Work Control: this number is monitored 24/7 and is recorded to ensure customer satisfaction.
Non-critical work orders are to be placed through our on-line request
form.
Calls to work control are for critical issues and status inquiries only. To submit a request use the online work request form from the link on the right. If your task involves drawings, attachments or exceeds the 200 character explanation, please fax your request to 51060. Work requests are generated under the following trades: |
