Meal plans are administered by the UMBC Department of Campus Card & Mail Services.
Questions may be emailed to campuscard@umbc.edu or called in at 443-612-2273 (or by dialing C-CARD from any campus telephone).
Changes to meal plans will be accepted from a valid UMBC assigned e-mail address and may be sent to campuscard@umbc.edu.
