The Council of Majors for the GES Department has been established for the expressed purpose of promoting the academic and social interests of students and promoting unity among students, faculty and staff within the department.

Membership of the Geography & Environmental System Council of Majors shall consist of students majoring, minoring or interested in the Geography & Environmental Systems Department or the environmental field.
