Responsible for the formalization and development of county GIS efforts.Tasks include needs assessments, software consolidation, hardware and network planning, data and application access design, and the development of procedures and standards. Manages a $6.5 million capital bond for GIS.

Planned and developed geographic databases related to geophysical and environmental restoration programs for the Site Geotechnical Services organization. Defined and wrote procedures to collect, verify, format, and utilize spatial data related to group needs. Reviewed and proposed methods of integrating geophysical, GIS, and CAD operations based upon developing geospatial technologies.
