• 2005 - Present: Part-time graduate student pursuing M.S. in Environmental Science.

• 2004 - Present: Works full-time at Virginia Commonwealth University, Office of Environmental Health and Safety in the Chemical/Biological Safety Section.
Inspects chemical fume hoods and satellite chemical waste accumulation areas in research laboratories, manages the university's hazardous waste disposal program, and monitors various gases/fumes in work zones (nitrous oxide, ethylene oxide, and glutaraldehyde) around VCU and MCV Hospital.

• 2002 - 2004: Before VCU, Environmental Specialist with Onyx Environmental Services. Helped businesses dispose of their hazardous waste properly and stay in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
