• 2005 – Present:  Currently working as the GIS Manager for URS in their Baltimore office.  My staff and I mainly focus on internal support for our office’s sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects in the Maryland and DC areas.  We meet the external client’s requirements through needs assessments, custom mapping, planning, data management and digital conversions.

• 2000 – 2005:
 Worked at Post, Buckley, Shue, and Jernigan (PBS&J) as a GIS Production Analyst II in Beltsville, Maryland.  My responsibilities included creating raster and vector flood maps along with a functional geodatabase for FEMA Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) program. Responsible for running task groups, setting and meeting deadlines and budgets as well as beginning the marketing aspects of GIS.

• June, 2000 – December, 2000:  
Worked in the GIS/Remote Sensing Department for the Earth Satellite Corporation in Rockville, Maryland. I used Erdas Imagine software to produce raster and vector land cover maps from satellite images.  My work focused on maps of lower Africa. 

• 1999 – 2000:
 Worked as a GIS intern for Baltimore County’s GIS Services Unit.  I was involved in the creation of thematic maps for internal and external clients using ArcView and the County’s digital data and orthophotos.
