2002: Led effort to redesign the UPS website to improve its usability as well as provide an application and content management framework to improve business process and software development efficiencies.

2000: Selected to lead the effort to develop a state-of-the-art software development center in Roswell, Georgia. The UPS Innoplex now houses more than 500 employees.

1995: Led the development of UPS’s Online shipping system. These Windows and Web-based systems support UPS’s wide range of services in over 200 countries and territories.

1983: Began working for UPS as a Cartographic Analysis involved in the development of dispatch planning system software for UPS’s extensive delivery system.
