This list is of current functionalities, and wanted functionalities for a recruitment management system.
The ability to match inquiries to actual applications/admits to track yield.
The ability to store all contacts in a central database that links to
SIS (or its successor).
The ability to track sources for leads...Web, event, mailing, etc.
The ability to send email and track responses for those in the database.
The ability to export the database when necessary to do bulk mailings.
The ability to allow multiple users to access the database to enter and view information.
The ability to forward inquiries to individual programs and then manage those leads with the programs.
