This list is of current functionalities, and wanted functionalities for a recruitment management system.

  * The ability to match inquiries to actual applications/admits to track yield.
  * The ability to store all contacts in a central database that links to SIS (or its successor).
  * The ability to track sources for leads...Web, event, mailing, etc.
  * The ability to send email and track responses for those in the database.
  * The ability to export the database when necessary to do bulk mailings.
  * The ability to allow multiple users to access the database to enter and view information.
  * The ability to forward inquiries to individual programs and then manage those leads with the programs.
